Yuzu Jelly cooking

Last Thursday, the kindergarteners had their Yuzu jelly cooking.
We asked them first what are the things they need to make the jelly. These are their responses: ”Yuzu, honey, we need a bowl, spoon, pot to cook!”. And then, “what are the steps to make the Jelly?” They answered “First,
cut the Yuzu”, Second, “scoop the Yuzu with a spoon”. Third, “squeeze” the pulp to get the juice. With these three important steps they are all ready to begin the fun activity. They excitedly put on their aprons and cooking caps. We group them, then they happily begin.
