すべての子どもが大きな才能を秘めて生まれてきます。
才能がどのように育っていくのかは、環境と与えられる機会に関係しています。
教育は、それらの機会の中でも最高のものでなければなりません。

子どもはつねに、行動することによって学びます。
子どもにとっての行動とは、遊びと多くの経験です。そのなかで、自らが積極的な考え方をもちながら探求し、物事がどうなっているかを見つけ出していくプロセスがなによりも大事なのです。

そのプロセスを大切にすることで、前向きな学習姿勢や態度、さらには、自分に対して積極的な見方をもつ姿勢が培われます。
Sui International Preschool の学びでは、さまざまなテーマについて、自ら行動し、探求していくプロセスを主体にしています。

Sui International Preschool の授業は、物事を深く多角的に見て、自分で考え、自分の判断で行動することが授業そのものに組み込まれています。
教師は中立的な立場から事実を確認する質問役です。あとは子ども達自身が探求し、考えていきます。教師は必ず最後にそのことについて「振り返り考えさせること」が大事。
導き出されるのは１つの答えだけではありません。それぞれの答えにそれぞれの評価方法があり、教師が多様な視点をもちながら認めてあげることが大切です。
探求し、実験し、自らを表現する機会を子ども達に提供し、創造的な思考の持ち主として成長してもらうことが、Schoolの願いです。

小さなスクールですが、そこにはきめ細やかで豊かな教育環境があります。
それぞれの年齢が支え合い、刺激し合いながらセルフエスティームを育み自ら考えリーダーとなれる子どもを育てます。
個々のアイデンティティを大切に、居心地の良い環境でありながら、自らきちんとした生活を送れるよう、導きます。

Message from Principal

A gift for children, 20years from now

Every child is born with great potential, but how each ability grows is related to the given environment and opportunities.
Among all those opportunities, education must be the best quality.
Children always learn by acting.
Acting here means play and a variety of experiences. It is most important for children to go through this process of inquiry based on their positive ideas to find out how things work.
By valuing this process, their positive learning attitudes, behaviours, and self-esteem can grow.

The core of Sui International Preschool’s learning is this process of acting and inquiring over a multitude of themes by children themselves.

The classes at Sui International Preschool program their active actions by seeing things deeply and multidirectionality, and allowing them to think by themselves.

Educators are only questioners in a neutral position to confirm the facts. After that, children themselves inquiry and think. It is very important that educators ensure to have them “review and think” about it at the end.
There is not only one answer to be derived. Each conclusion is valued and assessed with various viewpoints of educators and acknowledged.

The wish of the school is that children grow to be people with creative thoughts by providing them the opportunities to inquire, experiment, and express themselves.
It’s a small school, but there is a considerate and rich educational environment.
Each grade supports and stimulates the others. Through this, we also help them grow their self-esteem to be a leader who can think for themselves.
