Preschoolクラスの大きな十五夜のお月さま 🌕

Preschool クラスでは、毎年「十五夜」を特別なアートプロジェクトでお祝いしています。
子どもたちが力を合わせて、大きくて明るいお月さま（直径約150cm）を作りました！ 小さな手や足を使って、楽しさと好奇心いっぱいに月の表面をペイントして表現します。
本物の月の映像を見た後、子どもたちは月の凹凸や影に気づきました。ティッシュや新聞紙を使ってクレーターを作り、質感が見た目や感じ方にどんな影響を与えるかを探求しました。
1週間かけて、子どもたちは描き、触れ、想像しながら — 遊びと創造を通して学びました。
今では、子どもたちの美しいお月さまが学校に飾られ、SUIを優しく照らしてくれています。

Our Preschool’s Big Harvest Moon 🌕

In our Preschool class, we welcome Jūgoya, the Harvest Moon Festival, with a special art project each year.
This time, the children worked together to create a big, bright moon—about 150 cm across! Using their little hands and feet, they painted the surface with joy and curiosity.

After watching real videos of the moon, the children noticed its bumps and shadows. They used tissue and newspaper to make craters, exploring how textures can change what we see and feel.

Over the course of a week, they painted, touched, and imagined — learning through play and creativity.
Now, their beautiful moon hangs in our school, gently shining over SUI, just like the real one in the night sky. 🌕✨
